1. Overview
This website and all related products and services are operated by Monika Benešová, based in the Czech Republic. Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Mona Benz Creative.
2. Use of Templates & Digital Products
All templates and digital downloads sold via this site are for personal and business use only. Redistribution, resale, or claiming the design as your own is strictly prohibited.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the templates for ONE brand or project only. If you need to use it for multiple brands, please purchase an additional license.
3. Services
We offer:
* Template Customization (semi-custom service based on existing templates)
* VIP Design Sprint (2-day intensive website design based on a selected template)
* Website in a Week (expanded support for additional pages or post-launch edits)
All services are booked in advance and are subject to availability. Contracts are signed prior to start. Payment terms vary depending on the service selected and will be clearly outlined at checkout or in the client agreement.
4. Payments
All payments are processed via ThriveCart. Prices are listed in USD. Full payment or an approved payment plan is required to access digital products or begin service delivery. If you select a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments on time as outlined during checkout.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, templates, graphics, and copy on this site are the intellectual property of Mona Benz Creative. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion without express written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services. All templates and services are provided "as is" without warranty.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic and applicable European Union regulations. By purchasing, you acknowledge that any disputes will be handled under this jurisdiction regardless of your location.
