Refund Policy

We believe in transparency and setting clear expectations from the start. Here’s what you need to know about refunds at Mona Benz Creative:
1. Digital Products (Templates, E-books, Canva Templates)
Due to the digital nature of these products, **all sales are final**. Once a file is delivered or accessed, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing, and contact us if you have any questions.
2. Services (Template Customization, VIP Design Sprint, Website in a Week)
All services require upfront payment or a payment plan, and **no refunds will be issued once the service begins**. If you need to reschedule, you must do so at least 7 days in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeited fees.
Custom work is collaborative and time-intensive. By booking a service, you acknowledge that you are committed to the process and understand that results may vary depending on your input and clarity.
3. Payment Plans
If you’ve opted for a payment plan, you are obligated to complete all scheduled payments. Failure to do so may result in restricted access to your files or services.
